Our Sales and Negotiation workshops are designed for all sales personnel whether involved in face-to-face selling or telesales, who wish to increase their sales ability, close more deals, or simply refresh their existing skills. The programmes are tailored to our client's needs to ensure the programme content is pitched at the correct level of skill and experience.
PERSIST @ Sales
This 3rd Generation sales programme provides participants with the core skills necessary to plan, develop and close sales. Over the past 15 years we have developed a dynamic sales platform and client interface system that has been proven to enhance sales and profitability.
This sales programme is conducted from 1 to 3 days depending upon client needs and the experience level of the group. The modules are based around our proven Seven Step PERSIST© model and include aspects such as the six essential elements of preparation; the ability to develop proactive sales plans; questioning techniques and closing the deal. This programme utilises a relationship based influencing process including NLP and EQ practices. Optional advanced modules such as Storytelling can also be included, and the inclusion of the HBDI™ is recommended for the advanced modules.
PERSIST @ Negotiation
What is the difference between selling and negotiation? Selling can be defined as establishing a need or desire and matching your product or proposal to that need. Negotiation however, is the bargaining process that enables you to reach mutually satisfactory outcomes.
It goes without saying that most business activities include both selling and negotiation. In order to consistently grow the business, professional business development staff need to be able to actively move from selling to the negotiation phase.
This modular-based comprehensive and validated programme provides the skills and practice to enable a consistent and reliable business growth strategy using contemporary thinking and research. The programme includes skills that enable participants to read body language, to use cognitive suggestions and sophisticated questioning skills aligned to individual personality types and buying styles.
Influencing Outcomes with NLP
Understanding NLP gives us access to an extraordinary amount of knowledge about human beings and their decision-making processes. Neuro-linguistic programming can be defined as the study of human excellence. NLP is more than just a group of specific techniques; it is a sensing and knowing that leads to knowledge and a way of looking at people that gives an insight into the way they think. In this workshop, participants will learn sophisticated linguistic skills that influence the cognitive processes of others. As a result of this programme, participants will be able to use subtle linguistic and behavioural skills to dramatically improve their work and life outcomes.
