Team Building Conferences

We offer a variety of team-building activities tailored to large conference groups, or to smaller executive teams. We can tailor the conference content to a particular theme or desired outcome, and can recommend a diverse array of activities and venues.

Some of our more recent conferences have been themed:

• "Star Trek - First Contact" - for an amalgamated Contact Centre.
• "The Fear Factor" - for a team wishing to expand their horizons and get out of their comfort zone.
• "Bluebeard's Treasure Hunt" - for an end of year "get together."
• "Walking the Blue Line" - a cultural change conference.
• "Stop & Think" - a creative thinking conference, utilising the HBDI™.

Executive EQ

This workshop, specifically designed for Executives and Senior Managers, is run as a 2-day residential retreat. It explores current research in EQ, the business imperatives for EQ, including the Three Driving Forces of Competitive Advantage to demonstrate the importance of an Emotionally Intelligent workforce, and explores the Executive Team's overall EQ strengths and vulnerabilities. A number of specifically designed activities demonstrate "EQ in Action", and the residential format environment enables a degree of group intimacy which is otherwise difficult to achieve.
