This Certification Workshop includes:

	The theoretic foundations, scientific basis and constructs of EQ Map®
	Mapping and Developing EQ at Work -a 10 hour adult learning model, expandable up to 22 hours of programming.
	The 3 Driving forces of competitive advantage.
	Tips and strategies for improving EQ.
	A step-by-step review of the design elements of the EQ training programme.
	The provision of all necessary materials required in order to deliver the programme, including a comprehensive Facilitator's Manual with step-by-step instructions, exercises, research, appendices, selected reading and reproducible participant workbooks.
	One-on One supervision and personal coaching prior to your first delivery of the material, debriefing time, extensive review of your delivery and a feedback session on your work.
