EQ Map™

Emotional Intelligence has gained worldwide interest since the publication of Daniel Goleman's book. EQ Map™ is a self discovery tool which provides an individual with a visual picture of their strengths and vulnerabilities as they relate to EQ. Moreover, the programme delivers a proven mechanism for making sustainable change to increase EQ strengths.

Resiliency Map™

In today's economic environment we are all being asked to "do more with less". This requires increased levels of resilience to ensure we are able to work effectively, especially in times of pressure and change. The Resiliency Map™ provides individuals with a clear understanding of their levels of resilience and also includes the proven 21-Day Rule mechanism for making sustainable change to increase resilience.

Stress Map™

This first Map™ from ESSI Systems provides participants with an understanding of the pressure they are facing, and of the effectiveness of their coping mechanisms. As for the other Maps™, this includes the 21-Day Rule mechanism for making sustainable change.

HBDI©

HBDI™ is a psychometric instrument which measures an individual's thinking and communicating preferences. An ideal tool for teams wishing to enhance their cross-organisational communication, build diverse teams to maximise performance, or simply understand those people who are "different!"

The Kouzes and Posner "Leadership Challenge" is widely regarded as one of the most complete bodies of research on leadership in the 21st century. We incorporate the teachings into our 12-month leadership programme, along with the 360-degree feedback tool where applicable. This provides a quantifiable measure of improvement in leadership behaviour .
