Who This Programme Is For
Anyone who wishes to become certified in the use of HBDI™. This is ideally suited to HR professionals and consultants.
Key Learning Outcomes
The HBDI™ certification workshop teaches two things:
- How to describe the way people think - their thinking preferences
- How to use this information to improve effectiveness - theirs and yours
The HBDI™ is a questionnaire which facilitates identifying the thinking preferences of the respondent.
Certification means you can:
