Included Modules
The Leadership Challenge Programme can be tailored to be run as a 1-day (Express) programme which provides the key concepts of leadership, and an individual 15 page feedback report to each participant.
Our typical Leadership programme would, however, be run as a series of either 4 half-day modules or 12 x 1-day modules over a period of 6-12 months, depending upon the leadership requirements of the group.
