Who This Programme Is For

Staff of all levels who wish to understand the nature and causes of conflict as well as learn how to deal with conflict more effectively

Key Learning Outcomes

  • Recognise that conflict is neither 'bad' nor something to be avoided or suppressed. The only thing that is ‘good' or ‘bad' about conflict is how it is dealt with
