The LPI©, or Leadership Practices Inventory, is a 360º Feedback tool specifically designed to measure Leadership Traits. It is one of the most powerful and most flexible leadership diagnostic tools available. It is equally useful for those aspiring to become leaders as for those currently in leadership roles. After having completed the LPI© you can expect to:

  • Understand the five fundamental practices of exemplary leadership
  • Receive valid and reliable feedback about your current use of these practices
  • Find out how others perceive you as a leader
  • Identify your leadership strengths and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop action plans to improve in each of the five leadership practices

Regardless of whether you're new to a leadership role or you've been leading others for years, you'll gain valuable insights about yourself and find practical, useful information that will enable and empower you to realise your full leadership potential.
Research indicates that when a person has an accurate picture of himself or herself, they are more able to work and relate to others efficiently.

The participant receives a "Self" form and a minimum of four "Observer" forms to be completed by colleagues, subordinates, manager and co-workers. The forms are returned to Australian Business Class, scored, and printed. The participants receive a detailed, 15-page report, which describes their leadership practices and also compares them to other leaders in the database.

This programme is suitable for teams, groups and one-on-one mentoring.
