Australian Business Class specialises in the design, development and implementation of customised training to private and public sector clients. We incorporate adult learning principles to ensure maximum skill development and retention occurs, and we ensure that all training programmes have a clear application to the workplace.

Australian Business Class also provides executive facilitation aimed at achieving outcomes for strategic and operational planning sessions; ensuring board meetings and conferences stay on track; and ensuring that all participants have input and ultimately reach their objectives.

In addition, from 2009, Australian Business Class will be offering Professional Certification programmes to other trainers, consultants and in-house L&D providers, in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Resiliency and Stress Management. These certifications will incorporate the ESSI Systems EQ Map™, Resiliency Map™ or Stress Map™.

Australian Business Class provides specialist consulting in the areas of strategic & operational business planning; product development and commercialisation; intellectual property management and risk management.

An integral part of our consulting is knowledge transfer to ensure the client has both a solid understanding and ownership of the business planning and commercialisation process for future requirements.

Australian Business Class provides a range of excellent speakers for keynotes, seminars or other functions to motivate, enthuse and uplift the audience. We can combine keynote addresses with training to ensure maximum effectiveness for the client.

State-Of-The-Art Tools

Australian Business Class utilises a variety of state-of-the-art human resource tools in consulting and training. We are the exclusive licensee for Austrailan & NZ of the ESSI Systems EQ Map™, Resiliency Map™ and Stress Map™. We are certified in the use of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and we use the Kousez and Posner Leadership Challenge 360° Feedback System.
